Kargıcak lies on the hillsides east of Mahmutlar, and almost every house here was built for the sea view. Villas and complexes on the hills call for a special approach: large expanses of glass and calculations that allow for the wind, which is felt more strongly up high than by the beach.
Buyers choose Kargıcak for its open views of the coast and the mountains, so bulky frames are seen as an obstacle here. We design glazing to maximise the glass and minimise the profile:

The higher the house, the greater the wind load. For large panes we choose the thickness and type of double glazing with a safety margin and calculate the fixings for the specific opening. This matters not only for durability but also for safety, especially if there are children in the house. At the survey we assess the orientation of the façade and the height before proposing a system.
For private houses we prepare a single project: windows, doors, terraces and sun protection in one style. Villa glazing costs from €95/m², aluminium doors from €160/m², terrace glazing from €80/m². Where the sun is strong on south-facing façades, we add roller shutters (€120/m²) or retractable awnings (from €180/m²).
If there is a pool on the property, glass balustrades can be installed around it — they provide safety without blocking the view.
A free surveyor visit and project, PVC windows manufactured at our own factory, installation by a Russian-speaking team. We provide a guarantee on products and installation. If the villa is still under construction, the survey is best done once the openings are finished — we will tell you at what stage to call us in.
For large panoramic panes, precision and care during installation are especially important: delivering them and lifting them to upper floors or up a slope requires preparation. We assess access to the house and how the glass will be brought in beforehand, so that installation goes safely and without damaging the finishes, lawn or paving around the villa.
The downside of panoramic windows is strong heating of the room, especially on south- and west-facing façades. To stop a sea-view living room from turning into a greenhouse in summer, we offer double glazing with a solar-control or energy-saving coating: it lets light through but noticeably reduces heat gain.
For extra protection, external roller shutters, blinds or curtains are suitable, and over the terrace a retractable awning. Such solutions should be built in at the project stage so that boxes and guide rails blend naturally into the façade and do not spoil the view the house was built for.
The district closest to Kargıcak is Mahmutlar with its high-rise complexes; it has its own page on glazing in Mahmutlar. We also work further east, as far as Gazipaşa.
Yes, if the double glazing and fixings are chosen correctly. We calculate them for the specific opening, height and orientation of the façade.
