Gazipaşa is a separate town and district east of Alanya, known for its airport and relaxed pace of life. It is further from our office than the other districts, but we travel there regularly for surveys and installations.

Surveys by appointment

To make the trip productive, we schedule surveys in Gazipaşa in advance. Before the visit we will ask you to send photos of the openings and describe what you need — that way the surveyor arrives with samples of the right systems and can discuss the project on the spot. As in Alanya, the survey and project are free.

Private houses and new developments

Gazipaşa still has many private houses, and new residential complexes are appearing alongside them. For houses we offer complete glazing from €95/m² and replacement of old windows with modern REHAU, VEKA or KBE PVC systems from €140/m². For flats in new complexes, popular options are:

• sliding aluminium — from €130/m²;
• frameless "cam balkon" glazing — from €160/m²;
• panoramic windows — from €115/m².

Sun and heat

Summers in Gazipaşa are hot, and private houses often stand in the open, without shade from neighbouring buildings. That is why roller shutters (€120/m²), blinds (from €30/m²) or retractable awnings over the terrace (from €180/m²) are often added to the windows. All of this can be included in one project and installed in a single team visit.

In Gazipaşa's private houses, utility spaces are often glazed too: summer kitchens, verandas, covered passages between buildings. Affordable terrace glazing from €80/m² or simple sliding aluminium systems work well here. This protects against dust and rain without the need for costly insulation.

Manufacturing and installation

We manufacture PVC windows at our own factory, so we tailor sizes and configuration to the opening without compromise. Installation is carried out by a Russian-speaking team that also speaks Turkish and English. The minimum order for a balcony is around €700, and a guarantee is provided on products and installation.

Preparing for the surveyor's visit

To sort out as many questions as possible in one trip, prepare for the meeting in advance. Think about which windows and openings need glazing or replacing, and photograph them from outside and inside. If the house is still being built, check the final opening sizes with the builders. For a flat in a complex, find out whether the management has requirements for the colour and type of profile.

On site the surveyor will take measurements, show samples of profiles and double glazing, and offer options at different budgets. Once the project is agreed, we will set an installation date and aim to complete it in as few visits as possible.

On the way to Gazipaşa

The road from Alanya runs through Mahmutlar and past Kargıcak, where we also often work. If you have several properties on the eastern coast, it is convenient to view them in one day.
