Sliding glazing is the most practical and affordable way to enclose a balcony in Alanya. The panels run along tracks and slide behind one another, so they don't take up space on a narrow balcony or bang into furniture. It's a good choice if you use your balcony every day: for drying laundry, storage or breakfast outdoors.
Non-insulated — single glass in a lightweight aluminium profile. It protects against wind, dust, rain and street noise. For most balconies on the coast, this is all you need.
Insulated — a thermally broken profile with double-glazed units. The balcony becomes part of the apartment: you can put a desk or sofa there and use it in winter. It costs roughly 30–40% more than the non-insulated option.
The panels don't open inwards — nothing gets in the way on the balcony.
A handy insect screen that runs along the same track.
Easy to maintain: the panels lift out for cleaning.
You can fit roller blinds or Venetian blinds alongside — they don't get in the way of opening.
Measuring — on the day you contact us or the next day. Manufacturing — usually 7–14 days. Installing a standard balcony takes 1 day. Our manager will confirm exact timescales after measuring.

Yes, but our surveyor will first check how the balustrade is fixed; sometimes an additional profile is needed.
A quality profile with proper seals doesn't rattle. On upper floors we fit reinforced hardware.
Sliding glazing only opens halfway, but it's cheaper and comes with a convenient insect screen. See the comparison on the frameless glazing page.
