In winter, apartments in Alanya can be damp and cold, while in summer the air conditioning runs non-stop. The cause is often the same — the windows the developer installed. Good PVC windows with a multi-chamber profile and proper installation keep the warmth in during winter and the heat out in summer, block street noise and prevent condensation.
We work with German systems from REHAU, VEKA and KBE. A profile with 5–6 air chambers and a 70 mm installation depth is the ideal choice for the coast: it copes with both winter and the summer heat. The profile is UV-resistant and doesn't turn yellow.

For the sunny side, we recommend energy-saving or solar control glazing: it reflects some of the heat and takes the load off your air conditioning. For a bedroom facing a road, choose a unit with panes of different thicknesses — it dampens noise more effectively.
As well as white, there's anthracite, wood-effect and double-sided lamination. We'll help you choose handles, child locks, trickle ventilation, insect screens and blinds together with the window.
From around €140 per m², including installation. The exact cost depends on the size, the number of opening sashes and the glazing unit — work it out with the calculator.
The profile is designed to last for decades; the hardware needs adjusting every year or two.
Yes. Installing one window takes a couple of hours, so the apartment doesn't have time to cool down.
PVC is warmer and cheaper; aluminium is stronger and allows for larger sashes. See the comparison on the aluminium windows page.
